Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No, absolutely not. Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation and focus where you remain fully aware and in control at all times. You can speak, ask questions, or even stop the session if you wish. Think of it as a guided state of deep calm, not “mind control.”

Do I need to believe in past lives for Past Life Regression (PLR) to work?
Not at all. Many people benefit from PLR even if they don’t believe in reincarnation. What matters is that the subconscious mind brings forward stories, memories, or imagery that hold meaning for you. Healing and insight happen at the subconscious level, regardless of your beliefs.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can be used for a wide range of issues, including:

How many sessions will I need?
Some people notice significant change after just one RTT session, while others benefit from a package of 3–6 sessions for deeper, long-term transformation. During your discovery call, we can discuss what feels right for you.

Are sessions online or in-person?
Both options are available. Most clients choose online sessions for convenience, but if you prefer, I also offer in-person sessions in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

What happens in a session?
Each session begins with a consultation to understand your goals. You’ll then be gently guided into hypnosis, where we explore the root causes of your challenges and reframe them in a safe and supportive way.

What does a discovery call involve?
A free 20 minute discovery call is a short, informal chat where you can ask questions, share what you’d like help with, and see if we’re the right fit. There’s no pressure to book—just an opportunity to connect.

Yes, hypnotherapy is completely safe when carried out by a trained professional. It’s a gentle process that simply helps you access a relaxed state where positive change can happen. You are always in control and cannot be made to do anything against your will.
